Bear Creek Homeowners Association small bear Welcome to the official web site for Bear Creek Estates Homeowners Association, LLC.  As another tool to keep our residents informed about our subdivision, this web site was developed to bring information to our homeowners and to share with visitors our great community we call HOME.  Please feel free to browse, get educated about your subdivision and perhaps even join one of the several committees our subdivision has to offer.  Save this site to one of your favorites and visit us often.  Please feel free to email our secretary, Melissa Huelskamp (melissa_huelskamp@yahoo.com) to make suggestions and enhance this site.

Fine Payments:

Fine payments can be sent via check or money order (written out to Bear Creek Homeowners Association) with a note of referenced fine, homeowner name/address/Lot number to:

Pool Pass Issuing:

For pool passes to be issued, homeowners must submit the pool pass form signed and account balances must be zero.  No exceptions.

Assessments vs Pool Pass Forms:

Assessments are due from homeowners by Feb 1st.  Late fees will be assessed beginning March 1st.  Per form instruction, assessment payments should be mailed to the DNI address on the form.  Pool forms should be filled out, signed and mailed to the Bear Creek PO Box.

Bidding Work in Subdivision:

If you are interested in bidding on opportunities in the subdivision, please see Subdivision Forms and Documents section.

Renting in the Subdivision:

If you are looking to rent your home, approval must be granted by the Trustees.  Process:  attend an upcoming Trustee meeting to discuss plans, present proposed lease to rent property.

Title Companies/Sale of Homes in Bear Creek:

Title companies visit https://www.homewisedocs.com for their requests regarding a home for sale in the subdivision.

In Order to Pay Your Assessments Online:

  • Go to: https://www.dniproperties.com  
  • At the bottom of the page, hover over homeowner & select (Pay My Dues)
  • This is an option for a 1 time E Check payment. The owner will have create a login & password  
  • The other option on the bottom far right is the Quick Pay method. Same applies as above.  
  • The homeowner will need to have their Caliber account # (the account # on their assessment statement)
