Bear Creek Villa Association Information

Bear Creek has three Villa areas in the Bear Creek Estates Homeowners Association. Each association runs independently with regards to their own outside maintenance and contains their own C&R''s. Their C&R's must follow the Master Covenants & Restrictions, but may enforce stricter standards for their individual condo/villa area. Each villa association monthly maintenance amount is different; if you should need information, please contact the association contact person(s). All lots owners including Villa owners are required to pay annual subdivision assessment.

This Villa area is located on Polar Drive. Monthly dues are paid to City and Village Management Company.
